Ardens Manager users can enable and login using their Smartcard by connecting to the Care Identity Service. The following support article guide you through the setup process and logging in. 

To enable logging into your Ardens Manager account with your Smartcard, you must first link your Smartcard with your account. You must first have the below setup:

  • An active HSCN connection (e.g. VPN)
  • Smartcard software installed

When logging in, please select 'Log in with my Care Identity'.

Select your chosen login method, in this example 'Smartcard'. 

To link your Ardens Manager account with your Smartcard login, please login to your Ardens Manager account using your email address and password. 

N.B. This is only required when enabling logging in with your Smartcard and is not required with future logins. 

You can now login using the 'Log in with my Care Identity' rather than your email address and password.
