Introduction

The Vaccinations and Immunisations (V&I) Enhanced Service is part of the 2025/26 GP Contract, supporting practices in delivering key immunisations, particularly for children. Practices are reimbursed through a combination of Item of Service payments (£12.06 per dose) and performance-based incentives as part of the QOF Contract.t.

 

Ardens Manager offers two dashboards for monitoring progress in vaccinations and immunisations:
  • QOF Dashboard - The Vaccinations tab in the QOF Dashboard helps practices track their performance on indicators related to childhood immunisations.
  • Vaccinations Dashboard - This dashboard enables practices to monitor the number of vaccinations administered each month, supporting claims for the Items of Service Fee. It includes tracking for both childhood immunisations and adult shingles vaccinations.

 

This support article will walk you through how to use the Ardens Manager Dashboards to easily track progress and identify gaps.


Accessing the Dashboards

QOF Dashboard

Log in to Ardens Manager

 

Select the Contracts icon, followed by QOF 2025/26 contract.



Click on the Vaccinations tab. 



The dashboard will show your points achievement to date for this domain. 



You can monitor your progress with each indicator using the visual progress bar, or traffic light system in the Achieved column. You can identify the number of patients and points remaining using the Remaining to Achieve column.

Vaccinations Dashboard

Log in to Ardens Manager.  

 

Select the Services icon, followed by Vaccinations.



Click on the Childhood tab. 



The dashboard will display each vaccination included in the routine childhood immunisation schedule. You can track the number of each vaccination administered monthly using the patient column at the end. 



The standard Ardens Manager features can be used on the dashboard for monitoring trends, benchmarking activities, and breaking down data by demographics and staff activity. For more information on using these features, please access our support articles
