Introduction

For organisations to access the dashboards, they must first ensure that task invitations are accepted. This step is crucial because it allows data to be viewed from the different dashboards.


Accept Tasks

To view the list of pending tasks for your organisation, navigate to the Tasks area of the home page.

 

 

There may be various tasks that need to be accepted:
  • Tasks to join your ICB Group 
  • Tasks to join your PCN
  • Tasks to accept national contracts for your organisation, such as QOF and Network Contract DES.

 

For example, your invitation to join a group will look similar to this:

 

 

Invitations to accept a contract, such as QOF, will look like this:

 

 

Locate the task and click on ACCEPT to join.

 

This will now allow all staff members with access to view the various dashboards.
