Introduction

Ardens stores any information you provide while using Ardens Manager. This includes details you provide when registering your account or updating information about yourself, your organisation or your groups.

We also store and automatically process data you upload to Ardens Manager. This may include clinical reporting data from your clinical system or organisational data like audits, receipts, or meeting notes. Data may also be processed to convert patient counts to income and point values in a contractual setting. Full details of these calculations are available as information pop-ups throughout the application.

For more information, please view our Data Protection and Processing.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

The End User License Agreement (EULA) is an agreement between the individual and Ardens regarding the use of the product and/or services.

When logging into Ardens Manager, if the EULA has now been signed, you will be presented with the following screen:

Read through the agreement and once happy, tick the box for 'I have read, understand and agree to the End User License Agreement' and then click on ACCEPT button.

Terms of Use and Supply

A crucial part of onboarding is agreeing to our Terms of Supply and Use. This is our Data Processing Agreement, which details how we process, use, and store your data. It's also required for automatic uploads and enabling patient-level data.

Accepting the agreement must be done by a System Administrator with legal authority to act on behalf of the organisation.

To accept the Terms of Use and Supply, login in to Ardens Manager.

On the home page, to the right of the screen, locate the Accept Terms of Use and Supply task. Click the REVIEW button, read through the agreement, and then click the ACCEPT button at the end.

Suggested next step - access the [Enabling Data Sharing Contracts & Agreement] support article for information on how to sign these agreements to access data on the dashboards.

You may also wish to access our frequently asked questions support article.
