The following support articles provides guidance on how to access the local dashboard on the Ardens Manager platform to monitor activity and navigate its available features.


Accessing the Dashboard

Access Ardens Manager via your preferred browser using the link provided: https://app.ardensmanager.com/login.


Once you have logged into the platform, select the Contracts Icon on the sidebar, followed by your ICB dashboard.



Once accessed, this will open the Overview tab of the local dashboard, which shows all contract data activity. 


Alternatively, you can navigate to specific areas of the contract using the tabs provided, such as CVD, Procedures and Respiratory.



The far left dropdown field of the dashboard will default to the current quarter, but you can use this drop-down to view previous quarters.



The 'Clinical Activity' section of each tab will show the clinical reports. This data is extracted automatically from the practice clinical system daily.  



To the left of each report this will display the number and percentage of patients achieved.



Each report has a View button next to it. This enables you to see practice achievement, patient lists (if this is enabled for your login), as well as reporting rules, trends and demographics.

Viewing Contract Information

The Contract tab provides an overview of the contract, including contract start/end dates, the contract lead and details of the services available.


 

To view details of the business rules for the services, navigate to the SERVICES AVAILABLE section, and click on the ‘Go to Section’ link to the left of the service.



To the right of the report name, click on the ‘i’ icon which will launch the rules screen.



The rules screen will display details of the rules included in the report, along with clinical codes which will be captured in the practice clinical system.

Click CLOSE to return to the previous screen.
