Within Ardens Manager certain permissions are enabled for your System Administrators only. This support article guides you through identifying your System Admins. 


1. Open Account Settings


Once logged into Ardens Manager, please navigate to your account settings by selecting on the three dots in the top right hand corner. 




2. Select Organisation


You will initially view your user settings, to view your organisation settings, please select on the organisation on the left hand navigation panel. 


Note: Sometimes you are unable to see the left hand panel due to screen size. Please click on the person icon to see the list of organisations.


Once you are within your organisation settings, please select on the 'Users' tab. 


From here, you can identify your system admins and using the three dots on the right hand side of each user you can also remove or enable a user as a system admin if required.
