The following support article includes how to upload data for the QOF Case finders for SystmOne practices.

Run and Export Data

 

1. Access Clinical Reporting and open the Arden's Ltd folder (Reporting>Clinical Reporting>Ardens Ltd).



2. Find the 'Contracts | 2023-24 | QOF' folder and open this up to select the 'Case Finders' sub-folder. Run all the reports in this folder.



3. Once all the reports have run (the date and time will be updated in the 'last run' column), right-click anywhere in the list of reports and select Table>Open as CSV



4. All of the reports and results will now open in a CSV file.


Pasting the Report into Ardens Manager


5. Highlight all data in the CSV file by pressing CTRL + A on your keyboard.


6. With the data highlighted, press CTRL + C to copy all information. 


7. Access Ardens Manager and click on the "Upload QOF Reports" upload button (found on the home page or by clicking on the task option).



8. Click within the second box (Ardens QOF Reports) and press CTRL + V on your keyboard to paste the copied information.


Please note that the QOF Monitor reports need to be uploaded at the same time as the Case Finder reports. For instructions on uploading QOF Monitor reports please click here. 


9. Once populated, click on the Import button.
