The Vaccination Dashboard enables organisations to efficiently monitor pertussis vaccine activity, including the number of invitations sent and vaccines given. 

Select the Services icon and click on Vaccinations.

 

 

Click on the Pertussis tab:

 

The Overview section will display a summary of activities over the past year. This includes a breakdown of invitations and the number of vaccines administered to patients with a pregnancy code within the 42 weeks preceding vaccination.

The Last Month section will report on the number of vaccinations recorded in the previous month for patients who had a pregnancy code within the 42 weeks prior to receiving the vaccine.

The Performance Indicator section allows teams to track progress of the eligible cohort of patients. 

 

The reports easily identify patients remaining to be vaccinated and provide insights to drive uptake.

Ardens Manager gives you the flexibility to identify patients remaining to be vaccinated, should you wish to contact these patients. 

 

Inviting patients within Ardens Manager is simple. On your chosen report, click on View.

Select the PATIENTS tab to view the list of patients.  Filter your patient list to show remaining only.  

Next click on the Export button at the bottom of your patient list and choose either to export as a CSV file (can be used for a third-party messaging platform) or the option to import your list to your clinical system for further action, such as mail merge letters.
