The Ardens local contracts data quality reports have been designed to support GP practices in optimising local payments by addressing any potential coding errors that may affect them. Addressing these data quality issues will ensure payment extracts are as accurate as possible.

To locate the reports, navigate to: Clinical Reporting > Ardens Ltd > Contracts | 2025 26 | Local Contracts > q 2025 26 Current month rollover on 10th.

We recommend running these reports on the first of each month to correct any potential payment issues before completing your claims.     

 

The reports look at activity in the last month; therefore, if today's date is 3rd May, this will show activity for the month of April up until the 10th of May. If you need to view data for the previous month, use the f 2025 26 | DQ Previous month rollover on 10th reports.

 

One of the reports includes an ?Add action item, while the other ?Review reports provide information on the work completed. 

The report's name will indicate the required action. For example:

Women's Health | Add reason for coil as insertion/replacement/removal/check done: This identifies patients who were coded last month with a coil insertion, replacement, removal, or check done code, but without a corresponding reason code recorded on the same date. The relevant code must be added to the patient's record for that date.
