When viewing a single report, you can access a detailed breakdown of data by staff title under the Staff tab. This feature is particularly useful for analysing trends such as which appointments have the most DNAs by staff role, or understanding referral activity by clinician.
Click the View button next to the required report to access the single report screen, to the right you will see the further breakdown tabs, click on the Staff tab.

The level of breakdown you can view on this tab will be dependent on access:
| Organisation | Full Breakdown Information | Limited Breakdown Information |
| GP Practice | User must have access to the practice | User must have access to an organisation that has a data sharing agreement with the practice |
| Group (PCN / ICB) | User must have access to an organisation that has a data sharing agreement with the group |
If you have access to full breakdown information, you will be able to breakdown by individual staff members.
