Introduction

GP practices are able to [submit organisational data] for evidence that can not be extracted from the clinical system. Commissioners are able to review and approve or reject organisaitonal submissions for local contract activity. 

 

Please Note - This process is only available if requested by the commissioner. You will be informed if evidence approval is required for your Local Contract submissions.


Review Submissions

Access the Local Contract Dashboard and scroll down to the Organisational Activity section.

 

 

Click View to the right of the report to review the required activity. 

 

This will open the Approve Organisational Activity Submission screen.

 

There are three statuses for organisational activity submissions. The number of practices for each status will be displayed in the approval pop-up:
  1. Approved
  2. Rejected
  3. Pending Approval

 

To view individual practices under each status, click 'Show Practices' (4) and then 'Review' (5) to access the evidence submitted by the practice.

 


Approve or Reject Submissions

Once you click Review, this provides you with each of the practices' submitted evidence.

 

You are able to view the information, add comments, and then choose to either Accept or Reject the evidence provided.

 

 

This will notify the practice and if rejected they have the option to resubmit the data.
