There are a few different reasons why the benchmark function may not be showing the data and organisations you expect.
The benchmark option is greyed out.
The dashboard you’re on is not part of your groups data sharing agreement. You can see what is included in your group data sharing agreement by following the steps below:
- Go to settings (top right corner of the screen, click the three dots)
- On the left-hand menu, find and click your group name under 'Groups'
- The screen will show which dashboards are included in the data sharing agreement. If you want to amend this please contact [email protected]
When I select benchmark, it says ‘Not uploaded data’.
This means an organisation has not done an upload of data for that dashboard. Please type ‘uploading’ in the search bar above to see guides on how to do this.
When I select benchmark, it says ‘Not accepted contract’ or 'Not on contract'.
This means an organisation have an outstanding task to get access to that dashboard. On the home screen, look for any tasks that are labelled ‘Accept’.
Note - you'll see more of these around the start of a new fiscal year when new dashboards have been created to align with new contractual business rules.
When I select benchmark, one or more of my groups’ organisations are not listed.
This means an organisation have not yet actioned the invite to join the group Data Sharing Agreement. On the homescreen, look for any tasks that are labelled ‘View’.
You can see which organisations have an outstanding invite task by following the steps below:
- Go to settings (top right corner of the screen, click the three dots)
- On the left-hand menu, find and click your group name under 'Groups'
- The screen will list which organisations are part of the group. Any that have 'pending' next to their name will have a task to action on the homescreen.
How do I know the last upload date for each organisation in my group?
When the benchmark toggle is switched on, the far right-hand column labelled 'Data from' shows the most recent upload date for that organisation.
