Introduction

Ardens Manager enables users to be assigned to reports, creating a personalised to-do list and ensuring accountability. It supports collaborative work by recording discussions and actions through comments.

 

The various dashboards allow organisations to visualise their activity data, helping them understand performance and make informed decisions based on key indicators. However, informal reviews are often not formally documented. By recording reviews directly in Ardens Manager, everyone can easily document and share outcomes, ensuring clear communication and keeping everyone informed.


Assign Users

Users can be assigned to various reports using the assign feature. 

 

To assign a user, click on the assign icon to the far right of the report. This will open a drop down menu showing all users in your organisation. Select as many as desired. 



Once selected, this will create a task in the user's task list. The task will remain on their list until they have been manually removed from the allocation using the next to their name. 


You can also assign users from a single-page report, rather than the main dashboard. Locate the assign icon in the top right corner of the report and follow the steps as above. 



Add Comments

Comments can be added to reports to record discussion and actions as well as outcomes. 

 

Click View on the report you want to add a comment to. 

 

To open the comments side panel, click the text icon located in the top right corner.



Within the comments panel, you have the option of creating a new comment, reading existing comments and replying to comments. You can also add attachments, if required, using the paperclip icon. 


Please note: Comments can only be viewed by users who are logged into the organisation where the comment was posted.


Record a Review

In the Services dashboards, you can find a '+' icon at the top right-hand corner to record a review.
 


Click on the ‘+’ icon and complete the details in the pop-up Review box. You can enter the details of your review, as well as add any attachments by clicking on the grey ‘+’ icon. When complete, click OK. Your notes will now be visible. 



To view previously recorded reviews, navigate to the Reviews tab in your dashboard. 



Please note: the 'review' function is only available on the Governance and Services Dashboards.
