Introduction

The Ardens Manager dashboards allow you to search and filter your data to either prioritise your work or identify specific cohorts of patients or trends within your practice and patient population.


Searching Data

The search function is located to the right of the dashboard and is signified by a magnify icon. 


Clicking on this icon will provide a free text search box for you to type in the search information. As you begin typing this will filter the relevant reports.


Filtering Data

The filter function is located to the right of the organisation drop down. Clicking on this icon will provide further fields to filter to the required information.


The Activity type field will allow you to search by register or review activity,


The Report type field will allow you to filter specific reports such as case finders, overview reports, last month activity, safety alerts or performance indicators.  


The Assigned to field is useful if you wish to narrow down reports that have been assigned to you or other colleagues. 


The Points available field will allow you to view just the reports where you have not achieved the maximum number of points. 


Please note - the Payment tab includes an additional filter option for Payment Available which allows you to filter by all indicators or missed income. 


Once you have selected the relevant options, click on the Save option to filter the information.


Filtering Patient Lists 

You can also further filter patient lists by single reports, click on the View button next to the required report.


The Filter button is located to the right of the PATIENTS tab.



Depending on the report, patient lists can be filtered by demographics and staff details.
