Each dashboard on Ardens Manager contains a Rules tab at the top of the screen. The Rules tab is an interactive explanation about the parameters of each report in the dashboard, such as the clusters and specific SNOMED codes the report is identifying.
You can search or filter this screen by selecting the icons in the top-left corner.
There are different icons to show the various types of report.
This type of report is an overview (register, patient count) indicator
This type of report is a performance indicator
This type of report is a case finder
This type of report is a safety alert
Once you have selected the relevant report name, this will show details of the report to the right of the screen. It will include the name of the report, rules, linked reports and output of the search.
Clicking on the View button next to the report name will expand this information and show further details such as version history and area of the report.
If the report contains a specific code cluster, you are able to click further on this cluster to see more detail about the data included. It will show the specific SNOMED codes included and the time parameters if required. Any other reports linked to this code cluster will be shown at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the Return to all reports link to take you back to the reports.
